Mama San’s Asian menus include Chinese, Indonesian, Indian, Malay, Singaporean, Thai, Cambodian and Vietnamese.

The Mama San chefs have developed an array of Asian eat treats served as a la carte one offs or lunch time sets, including an Indian thali and a Singaporean chicken, rice & soup set. A selection of salads from Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia are available for lunch and dinner, with a list of curries and hearty soups to feature in the lunch menu. Braised and roasted meats along with local and Pacific-rim seafoods are incorporated into much of the lunch and dinner menus as well as vegetarian dishes.
